Privacy Policy

I value your privacy and want you to know that I would never sell, trade, or divulge your E-mail address or any other personal information you may furnish to us. Now and in the future your information is safe with us. I firmly believe that the disclosure of personally identifiable information should occur only with the user’s express permission. We intend to operate this site in accordance with that conviction.

We gather contact information in order to respond more effectively to your questions and comments. I especially want to know when I am communicating with a constituent.

We have checked with our Web hosting company to be sure they are taking prudent measures against unauthorized access to the information you give us by employing administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against misuse, disclosure, destruction, or unauthorized access. While no computer system can ever be totally protected, we believe they are taking reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

In the unlikely event that a law enforcement agency has a legitimate claim (court order, subpoena, search warrant), we will at our discretion disclose information when we believe we are required to do so by law.

We will not send you unsolicited E-mail. We will send you information only in response to an E-mail message or if you expressly sign up for the periodic electronic newsletters we hope to be sending. We will also provide you with a means to unsubscribe from a mailing list.

If you have questions or comments about our Privacy Policy you may contact me.

Though I don’t think my views on the importance of your privacy will change significantly, this privacy statement may change from time to time so you might want to check back every once and a while.
